Privacy & Terms
Last updated June 2026 · Lumira is in private beta. Questions: hello@asklumira.com
The short version: We only keep what you give us, we use it solely to run Lumira for you, and we never sell it, never show ads, and never use it to train AI models. You can export or delete everything anytime.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Your email — when you join the waitlist.
- What you choose to send Lumira — your messages, reminders, and photos of receipts/notices, so Lumira can remember and organise them for you.
- Basic account info — your Telegram name/ID and household, to keep your data yours.
- Diagnostic logs — to find and fix bugs and keep the service reliable.
How we use it
Only to provide and improve Lumira — to remember, organise, remind, and answer your questions. That's it.
Our promises
- We never sell or rent your data.
- We never run ads or share your data with advertisers.
- We never use your content to train AI models.
- Your data is access-controlled so members of one household can't see another's.
Who processes your data
To run the service we use trusted providers: Telegram (messaging), Supabase (encrypted storage), Cloudflare (hosting), and AI APIs from Google and Anthropic to generate Lumira's replies. AI providers process your request to answer it but, under their API terms, do not train their models on it.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or permanently delete all your data at any time — email hello@asklumira.com. Lumira isn't intended for children under 13 without a parent/guardian.
Terms of Use
- Beta: Lumira is early software, provided "as is." Things may change, break, or be unavailable, and we can't guarantee it'll be error-free.
- Your content: what you send stays yours. You're responsible for what you choose to store.
- Fair use: don't use Lumira for anything illegal, abusive, or to harm others.
- Price: free during the beta. Paid plans come later; founding members lock in launch pricing.
- Liability: to the extent the law allows, Lumira isn't liable for losses from using a beta service. Always keep your own copy of anything critical.
- Contact: hello@asklumira.com.
